Ontario Airport Inn has been my go-to for several years and I now consider ONT my primary airport even though it's farther than SAN. The stay-and-fly option puts it at the top of my list of reasons for the change, and the hotel itself is definitely good. Staff is always very nice. Facilities are good though you can tell it's been a while since things like carpet and paint has been redone. But everything worked in the large room, it had the always appreciated mini-fridge and microwave, bed was very comfortable and large, and location is very convenient--close to airport (even without the free shuttle) and I-10.

Staff all around were A++, they hustle and keep running a tight ship, including security. Parking is secured and free!! First time I've ever seen that. Breakfast is pretty simple, but at this price point check yourself if you're expecting a luxurious banquet. Pool area and overall landscaping were nice. Definitely staying here and/or storing my car again whenever flying out of ONT!

The staff is always friendly and helpful, which is appreciated. Room was good size, and since I had several large bags, I appreciated being on the ground floor. Bed seemed extra-comfortable, more so than usual--maybe it was the jet lag? Love being able to park and fly; this will also keep me coming back. Good location close to airport as well as a Denny's and some other restaurants down the street.

I've stayed at this hotel many times before and I always enjoy my stay. I can say that I feel comfortable knowing they have security patrolling and you need a room card to access the parking lot to drive to your room. There was only one time I stayed here and I heard screeching at night for hours but I was able to get sleep. This hotel never disappoints me and I'll continue staying here when I can. I cannot comment on the breakfast since I have not had the chance to eat from there, but I know that you are not allowed to take the food to your room, only in the lobby area you can eat and drink. The rooms are pretty spacious and the beds are very comfortable and the room rates are reasonable as well, pretty standard. Another cool thing about this hotel is that they allow extended stays just like the hotel "Extended Stay America" you can pay for extended stays for weeks or months. You would need to discuss your length of stay with the staff. There's also a laundry room so you can wash your clothes, a pool I haven't had the chance to go in either. All in all this hotel is wonderful and I'll continue being their guest as long as I can.

First of all, this isn't my first time staying at Ontario Airport Inn so that should tell you something. One of the reasons I choose it is when flying out of ONT, I can park my vehicle there for free with a one-night stay on either end. Bargain! Then too, the staff all around is very cordial and helpful, from the front desk staff to the security guard. All top notch and make you feel welcomed. Rooms are a nice size, bed's comfortable and the amenities are appreciated. Didn't use them this time, but there are washing machines and driers available as well.

The rooms on the top floor with the balcony are my favorite. I love the vaulted ceilings and the view of the pool area is very LA. Plenty of channels on the TV with a decent remote. Lots of room to spread out. Beds were a little hard after a few days but still better than most hotels. The security is comforting. I got deliveries to the lobby.

The location is right off the freeway, but you don't hear any noise. Pulling in, the landscapping is absolutely gorgous, feeling like a tropical hotel, you'd stay at near the beach. The room was a classic hotel room, clean with older carpet and couch. Standard door lock and chain. The bedding was AMAZING. pillows were fluffy and sheets were cool and thick. Bed was a tempurpedic type of foam and SO COMFORTABLE. I wish I had time to sleep in, cause this bed was amazing!! Bathroom tub was spacious enough for this chunky mama to take a relaxing soak. The courtyard area has a pool and grass area, wish I had more time to enjoy it. ROOM SERVICE- One of the only hotels to still have room service till 11pm. I ordered and my salad and potato cheese poppers were delivered fast and were so good. Shower pressure was AMAZING!! I will definitely stay here again!! Needed you key card to access parking area so that was also reassuring as I'm a solo traveler.

If I have to be away for more than a couple days on business trips, I'll try to fly out of ONT in order to stay at Ontario Airport Inn and be able to park my vehicle during the trip. While on the older side, it's pretty clean, staff is excellent, rooms are decently roomy, beds are comfortable and it's got a little laundry room with several washers ($2.50/load) and driers ($1.50/load, though it takes a second time on less hot setting to fully dry entire load). Very close to I-10 and a Denny's; the In & Out has been torn down for some reason as of June '23 and not sure what's going in on the corner.

Had a room on second floor this time; it was satisfactorily roomy and included a work desk/chair, mini fridge and microwave (I didn't end up using any of them as no need to this trip). Bed was comfortable. TV worked. Staff very nice and helpful. Liked having washing machines and dryers available ($2.50/load to wash and $1.50/load to dry, though thicker items needed another cycle). Being a park-and-fly hotel is something I really appreciate on those flights from/to ONT that are either early or late. Will definitely stay again.

I arrived on Dec 26 and everything was beautifully and cheerily decorated and lit up! The staff were refreshingly friendly and helpful. It was one of the cleanest hotels I've seen. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious. The hotel is close to everything. You feel that the owners and staff care about the customers and the hotel.
