The location is right off the freeway, but you don't hear any noise. Pulling in, the landscapping is absolutely gorgous, feeling like a tropical hotel, you'd stay at near the beach. The room was a classic hotel room, clean with older carpet and couch. Standard door lock and chain. The bedding was AMAZING. pillows were fluffy and sheets were cool and thick. Bed was a tempurpedic type of foam and SO COMFORTABLE. I wish I had time to sleep in, cause this bed was amazing!! Bathroom tub was spacious enough for this chunky mama to take a relaxing soak. The courtyard area has a pool and grass area, wish I had more time to enjoy it. ROOM SERVICE- One of the only hotels to still have room service till 11pm. I ordered and my salad and potato cheese poppers were delivered fast and were so good. Shower pressure was AMAZING!! I will definitely stay here again!! Needed you key card to access parking area so that was also reassuring as I'm a solo traveler.

The staff were all very nice. The shuttle came to get me at 1 am. And the driver did not seem unhappy about it. The room had a lot of furnishings for a budget hotel. There were comfortable looking chairs and a desk. There was a safe. I think there was also a hairdryer and an iron. The price was half of what I paid the next night (although that was a suite hotel). The consumables (toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner) were only what you would need for the day. I think the shampoo and body wash were dispensers. I was happy to get the toothpaste as I can use the one or two use packages for camping. I am sure the small size is mostly to reduce the costs, but it is also probably better for the environment.

If I have to be away for more than a couple days on business trips, I'll try to fly out of ONT in order to stay at Ontario Airport Inn and be able to park my vehicle during the trip. While on the older side, it's pretty clean, staff is excellent, rooms are decently roomy, beds are comfortable and it's got a little laundry room with several washers ($2.50/load) and driers ($1.50/load, though it takes a second time on less hot setting to fully dry entire load). Very close to I-10 and a Denny's; the In & Out has been torn down for some reason as of June '23 and not sure what's going in on the corner.

Had a room on second floor this time; it was satisfactorily roomy and included a work desk/chair, mini fridge and microwave (I didn't end up using any of them as no need to this trip). Bed was comfortable. TV worked. Staff very nice and helpful. Liked having washing machines and dryers available ($2.50/load to wash and $1.50/load to dry, though thicker items needed another cycle). Being a park-and-fly hotel is something I really appreciate on those flights from/to ONT that are either early or late. Will definitely stay again.

The bed and mattress are very nice and comfortable. The room is clean, the only problem is the smoke smell in the non-smoking room. Also swimming pool is open 9am- 9pm. We came to the pool at 9am but at 9:30 the cleaning staff arrived and began to test water and clean the swimming pool with chlorine. In common the hotel is very nice and I can recommend it for short staying.
